Dan was very helpful when we first came to look for a new car. We were left to browse on the forecourt for a good amount of time before he approached us to ask if we needed any help and then was helpful in selecting certain cars within our price range and giving us the details about them. I returned the following day with a friend who checked the car over for me and again Dan was very helpful and explained what Lighthouse Car Centre provided as part of their service when buying a car. They even let me bring our dog down to check he’d fit in the boot ok! We bought the car and they gave it a full service, a new 12 months MOT and three months warranty. Karl was also helpful when I had some post sales queries, which was rectified straight away. It was a pleasant experience buying a car from LCC, no hard sale and nice people to deal with.
