We recently purchased a car from Dan at the Lighthouse Car Centre , very happy with the service and attention to detail :-)

Went into lighthouse car centre a few weeks ago to enquire about what automatic cars they had. Was met by a lovely guy who showed me around and let me look at what they had. So when it was time to buy my next car I Knew where I wanted to go. Lighthouse car centre were again fantastic and even text me after I had called about another car to meet me know they had another car that they thought would suit me. Dan was friendly with no hard sell. They got my car ready for me quicker as they knew I had no car in half term. Which was really kind of them. Would absolutely go to lighthouse again. Dealt with Lighthouse Car Centre last year with a neighbour, impressed with service, so when it came to upgrading my wifes car I returned there, nice selection of good quality cars to choose from. A minor issue found, returned the car and they immediately took it to a repair centre. Issue sorted in minutes with no hassle whatsoever, will definitely return in the future. Helpful, friendly gents with no pressure selling at all

I cannot recommend this place enough..Dan was so patient and not pushy, just very helpful and respectful from the start, eventually finding me my perfect car, that has ran like a dream and not caused me a single issue, but was reassured that they would be there to help if it did. This is the 2nd vehicle we have brought from this firm. It's benifit is, a no pressure sale, we were allowed to wander freely and inspect various cars, Karl was extremely helpfu, we ended up collecting the car 4 days after viewing it, and it came cleaned and full MOT, and as we insured it prior, Karl was able to Tax it for us. I have been driving for over 52 years and have been to an awful lot of dealers over the years but must say that Dan and staff were brilliant. There was never any hard sell in fact it was the opposite. You couldn't ask for a more pleasant company to deal with. Hands down best car buying experience for us. We live locally and being able to find what we wanted and buy locally also was brilliant. Dan was great, not pushy at all as we have experienced at other dealerships in the past. Open to conversation and questions. We actually went away to look at another vehicle in Chichester and they even matched that price and we returned. We had an issue with one of our keys and it was no trouble to fix it for us. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend and buy from them again in the future. Can I also add that we collected our new car waxed and polished to perfection and it smelled so good. We will try and keep it that way now! Thank you!

I researched online and had seen the amazing reviews they had, so I went along to meet Dan. First time there I went out for a test drive!My first car is the dream! Dans instincts knew I would love the car. I picked her up clean with an up to date service and MOT. Dan talked through all the paperwork too, as I had no idea. Recent bought my first car from Lighthouse car centre. Staff were amazing and very patiently showed me several cars that fit my list of requirements. They even took me on a test drive without pre booking one. Car was paid for and delivered to my house in the same day. They honestly could not improve their customer service experience. Highly recommend this company.

I purchased a transit courier van from the Lighthouse car centre a few weeks ago. I found the staff to be knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. The van is running well (as expected) and I will be making a few long journeys in it shortly.

I bought a Mini John Cooper Works in June and am absolutely delighted with it. Lighthouse Car Centre were recommended to me by the garage who have maintained my vehicles for many years. I found Dan and Carl very helpful and not typical pushy car salesmen as my previous experience shows.

Today I brought my car, long awaited car and I couldn’t be more than happy. After searching for ages and trying to find the right one to upgrade to I finally brought it. Dan assisted me right from me stepping in to the car centre and would message me helping me all the time to try and find the best suited car to me.
