Great service buying a first car for my kids to learn in. Dan sent me great suggestions based on my budget without pushing to spend any more. Once we chose the car, nothing was too much trouble (and I do like to ask questions!) After our purchase, we had a query which was immediately taken care of. I highly recommend Lighthouse Cars. The process to date has been smooth and straightforward, with clear communication throughout. The cars on offer were clearly well maintained, and taking one out for a test drive was no issue (even if I did feel like I was being quietly assessed—turns out I passed!). The car comes with a reassuring in-house warranty, and what I really appreciated was the lack of upselling—no pressure, no extra fluff, just solid service. Buying a car is a big investment, and while I’d done my homework beforehand, this experience gave me the confidence and assurance I was hoping for. I would totally recommend Lighthouse Car Centre. The service I received was 1st class. Everyone who works there is super friendly. Dan helped me to find the perfect car within my price range & answered all my questions in detail. I felt reassured buying a car from Lighthouse Car Centre, there was no hard sell & Dan said I could pop in or call should I have any problems. would highly recommend! We purchased a Citroen c1 from LCC with help and sales assistance from Dan. The whole process was smooth and efficient. At no point did we feel any pressure and we were given plenty of advice before committing to a sale. All round great experience before, during & after the sale!

Great helpful without being pushy service

I met Dan on Sunday and gave him my car wish list. Weds morning Dan rang telling me a' potential' had arrived that week. Thursday I test drove Veronika Venga and by Friday she was mine; complete with opening panoramic sunroof, automatic, classic white and less than 50K on the clock. Dan and Karl arranged for her to get the full upgrade with apple car play stereo explaining all the pros and cons. I couldn't be happier! The service is excellent, everyone I've spoken at Lighthouse are super helpful, friendly and down to earth. No cringe sales people or patter. I'd definitely recommend them and I'll be using again when Veronika retires. Thankyou to everyone at Lighthouse for making it so easy! (Kia Venga)

We're very pleased with our recent car purchase. The staff at Lighthouse Car Centre are friendly and helpful, and were quick to resolve a technical issue that occured soon after purchase. They even valeted the car before returning it!

Recently sold my car through Lighthouse. Very impressed with the approach. Felt honest and price they gave name was fair. The cash went i to my bank account as I was in the office finishing the paperwork!

Went into lighthouse car centre a few weeks ago to enquire about what automatic cars they had. Was met by a lovely guy who showed me around and let me look at what they had. So when it was time to buy my next car I Knew where I wanted to go. Lighthouse car centre were again fantastic and even text me after I had called about another car to meet me know they had another car that they thought would suit me. Dan was friendly with no hard sell. They got my car ready for me quicker as they knew I had no car in half term. Which was really kind of them. Would absolutely go to lighthouse again. Very impressed with Lighthouse cars. I've just purchased a very nice Ford Fiesta and it was dealt with so quick and easy by Karl, nothing was too much trouble, a really friendly firm. Dealt with Lighthouse Car Centre last year with a neighbour, impressed with service, so when it came to upgrading my wifes car I returned there, nice selection of good quality cars to choose from. A minor issue found, returned the car and they immediately took it to a repair centre. Issue sorted in minutes with no hassle whatsoever, will definitely return in the future. Helpful, friendly gents with no pressure selling at all

I cannot recommend this place enough..Dan was so patient and not pushy, just very helpful and respectful from the start, eventually finding me my perfect car, that has ran like a dream and not caused me a single issue, but was reassured that they would be there to help if it did.
