Helped my daughter buy her first car at Lighthouse. The team were excellent. No pressure at all to buy. Plenty of time to test drive. Great advice shared. Very personalised service and very kindly delivered the car to our doorstep. After a bad experience at a flashy looking car showroom elsewhere in Shoreham, it couldn't have been more different at Lighthouse. No hard sell. Time to examine the car. Karl got a minor problem with the tracking sorted, and was prepared to negotiate on price. If you need a used car, make sure you have a look at this place.

I visited on 2nd January 2024. John could not have been more personable and professional. I was collected from the train station and driven to the business in the car I was looking to buy. The car was impeccably presented and ready for me to drive away once formalities were completed. No hard sell which I appreciated. Left to wander around the cars at my own pace but help very available if needed. Form filling for both sale and puchase change of ownership etc done in seconds by Lighthouse staff.
