I can’t recommend Dan at Lighthouse Car Centre highly enough. From the very beginning, there was absolutely no pushy sales approach, which made the whole experience feel relaxed and enjoyable. Dan was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions without ever making me feel rushed.

He even let me test drive the car twice so I could be completely confident I was making the right decision, and at no point did I feel any pressure to buy. I was also on a tight timescale to get the car, and despite needing a service, MOT and valet before collection, Dan and the team managed to have everything completed and ready for me just a few days after I paid the deposit, which I really appreciated.

Throughout the process, Dan kept me updated with regular text messages, so I always knew what stage everything was at. The communication was excellent, and the whole experience was straightforward, professional and completely stress-free from start to finish.
