Immediately welcomed. I was made to feel comfortable asking all relevant questions and they were answered informatively and clearly. Unfortunately, the day after driving the car away, there was a completely unforeseen mechanical issue. HOWEVER, the team at Lighthouse Car Centre went completely out of their way to collect the car from where I was, provide a no-quibble courtesy car, got the issue fixed, and I had the car back by the end of the afternoon! ...That's service.
