Big thank you to Karl and Dan for their good humour and for tailoring the whole experience to my needs—nothing ever felt like too much trouble. The process to date has been smooth and straightforward, with clear communication throughout. The cars on offer were clearly well maintained, and taking one out for a test drive was no issue (even if I did feel like I was being quietly assessed—turns out I passed!).

The car comes with a reassuring in-house warranty, and what I really appreciated was the lack of upselling—no pressure, no extra fluff, just solid service. Buying a car is a big investment, and while I’d done my homework beforehand, this experience gave me the confidence and assurance I was hoping for.
